Her Next Chapter: Self-Care Yacht Day – September 2025

In September, we set sail for Her Next Chapter: Yachterday — a soul-nurturing afternoon of wellness, reflection, and connection aboard a private yacht in Mission Bay.  This intimate experience offered sacred space for deep self-care, intention-setting, and sisterhood amidst San Diego’s peaceful waters.

The day began with a Cacao Ceremony & Reiki Meditation led by Ari Salazar of Alchemy With Ari, grounding our energy and opening our hearts to connection. Guests were then guided through a Sound Bath Meditation by Cat Adasa of Zen Body Glow, inviting deep rest, release, and inner calm through sound and vibration. A nourishing lunch and refreshing beverages followed, paired with 10-minute chair massages by Alicia Amador of Aroma Ali, helping guests melt into relaxation and presence. As the yacht drifted across Mission Bay, so did conversations, laughter, and moments of quiet reflection — a reminder that slowing down together creates space for true renewal.

By sunset, each woman departed feeling seen, grounded, and empowered to step into her next chapter with clarity and ease.
