Self-Care Summer Yachterday offers an intimate afternoon of holistic healing—featuring reiki, massage, meditation, and movement—all aboard a private yacht on San Diego’s scenic Mission Bay. Surrounded by supportive women and serene waters, you’ll reconnect with yourself through intentional rituals, nourishing food, and restorative self-care.

11:30 AM | Check-In & Meet at the Docks
Arrive at Mission Bay and connect with your facilitators. Boarding begins promptly at 11:45 AM, so we can set sail at noon!

12:00 PM | Set Sail
Welcome aboard! Enjoy the breeze and settle into the peaceful rhythm of the bay.

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM | Welcoming Cacao Ceremony & Reiki Meditation
Led by Ari Salazar of Alchemy With Ari, this sacred opening helps ground your energy and open your heart.

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Sound Bath Meditation
Let go and drop into deep rest with a soothing vibrational healing session led by Cat Adasa of Zen Body Glow.

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Nourishing Lunch + 10-Minute Chair Massages
Enjoy a light, healthy lunch with refreshing beverages while receiving your personalized 10-minute chair massage by Alicia Amador of Aroma Ali.
